I. LED Wristbands:
- Activation and control: Wristbands are turned on via a hidden button or activated by motion/sound. Selected models offer radio control (powering on and various modes) for multiple groups separately.
- Power supply and battery replacement: Most wristbands use replaceable button cell batteries. Some versions feature rechargeable batteries via USB.
- Personalization and printing: Printing of logos, QR codes, names, or hashtags is available. Prints are resistant to UV radiation and abrasion.
- Safety and certificates: Products comply with CE and RoHS standards, guaranteeing no harmful substances and safety for skin contact.
- Application: Ideal for festivals and concerts (as tickets or light shows), night runs (increasing visibility up to several hundred meters), and corporate events
II. How to connect the radio controller and control LED wristbands:
Below is a step-by-step guide to help you set up the system and fully utilize the potential of group control during your event.
1. Preparing the wristbands (Batteries)
- Protection: Remember that after removing the plastic battery pull-tab, the wristband enters "standby" mode and starts consuming energy while listening for the controller's signal. To avoid battery drain before the show starts, do not remove the tabs too early.
- Testing and storage: If you test the wristbands before the event, we recommend reinserting the plastic tabs after checking.
2. Connecting the controller (Order is important!) - To avoid equipment damage, always follow the assembly sequence below:
- Antenna: Screw the antenna mast into the base, then connect the antenna cable to the socket on the controller. Important: The antenna should be at least 1.5 meters away from other electronic devices.
- Power supply: Connect the power cable to the power adapter, then to the controller, and finally to the wall outlet.
- Startup: Turn on the controller using the button on the housing.
3. Manual control (Controller mode) - On the top panel of the controller, use the MODE button to select Controller mode (DMX and Audio modes – reacting to music – are also available).
- Group management (1–10): On the left side of the panel, you will find group buttons. If the LED next to the number is lit, the group is active. You can control all wristbands at once (all LEDs lit) or only selected zones/groups of guests.
- Color selection: The middle section contains 15 buttons with assigned colors. One click changes the color on all active wristbands.
- Special effects: The bottom section (green buttons) is responsible for dynamic functions (flashing, pulsing, transitions). Each function is labeled – we encourage you to test them live to choose the effect that best fits the dynamics of your event.
4. Cooperation with a DMX console - If you plan to integrate wristband control with professional stage lighting, we provide DMX channel mapping documentation along with the equipment. Just switch the controller to DMX mode.
Important technical tips:
- Resuscitating a wristband: If a single wristband does not respond to the radio signal, briefly press the button located directly on the wristband housing.
- Safety: Never turn on the controller power before correctly connecting the antenna.
III. Liquid-activated LED cups:
- Mechanism of action: The cup starts glowing automatically at the moment the sensors contact liquid (water, beer, cola).
- Care: Cups must not be washed in a dishwasher or heated in a microwave due to the built-in electronics. They should be washed by hand, avoiding flooding the battery compartment.
- Durability: LED diodes have a lifespan counted in thousands of hours, and the batteries allow for several hours of use during events. Batteries can be replaced.
- Variants: Available in various shapes (mugs, whiskey glasses, champagne flutes) and effects (e.g., rainbow color change).
IV. Sound modules and motion sensors:
- Sound modules: Allow for uploading your own sound file, which starts after opening a card or box (hinge or light-sensitive switch) or after pressing a button.
- Motion sensors with sound: React to a person passing nearby, which is used in POS advertising or as a greeting element in shops.
